The Chef and his Team

Originally from Mombeltrán (Ávila), he grew up surrounded by a passion for gastronomy, next to the wonderful stoves of his grandmothers. From his memories come the aromas of his mother's fried tomato, his father's pears in wine and the fabulous snacks with his siblings. This mixture of affection and family awakened in him his love and inspiration for cooking.

He embarked on a journey that led him to be trained at the Toledo School, standing out as one of its best students, subsequently passing through the kitchens of the best restaurants such as Santo Mauro, Drolma, Arzak or Martín Berasategui.
